These terms and conditions apply to orders placed on both the website and Instagram.

# We do not offer exchanges or refunds, so please check the measurements and photos of the garments.

# We are from Peru and we make the shipments by the Serpost shipping agency (flexible shipping or EMS) and DHL.

# Once the order is placed through the website, it will take 1-2 weeks to be shipped due to the payment gateway and the release of payments.

# Orders placed via Instagram will take a maximum of 1 week to be shipped, as the payment method used will be PayPal. 

# In the case of orders with the flexible shipping option, which does not currently have a tracking number, if the order is lost (highly unlikely), no refund will be issued as this option is the responsibility of the buyer.

# Please enter all your shipping details correctly to avoid errors at the time of delivery and to ensure that your order is not returned. In this case, there will be no refund and a new shipment will only be scheduled once the cost has been paid.

# Please be aware when the indicated delivery dates are approaching to avoid shipping problems such as “recipient absent” and the order being returned.

# You can reserve items for up to two months. If you don’t claim your shipment within that time, the item will become available again, and no refund will be issued. However, if you make frequent purchases that you’d also like to reserve, the reservation period is extended.

# Once the order has been shipped, has left the country of origin, and you have your tracking number, it is no longer our responsibility. Therefore, it is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor their tracking number, as no refund will be issued if the order is returned because you were not at home at the time of delivery or did not respond to calls or messages from the courier in your country. If you still want your order, you will have to pay the shipping cost again.

this is a second-hand business, so we do not accept claims about the condition of the clothes as we make them present in the information of each one.

In case of any inconvenience or loss of your order please contact the logistics company SERPOST, the whole shipping process is out of our hands so, try to check your tracking, check your email, text messages and calls.

d.s section garments are new and imported from china/japan/korea from a third-party supplier, at the time of buying any of the garments in this section, you access these terms so complaints or money back will not be validated.

orders take approximately 15 / 30 days to arrive, in some cases more, take into account that delays may occur depending on the country.

if any garment arrives with any damage please contact us immediately, you must provide a photo that clearly shows the damage of the garment then we can process with the devolution. (The possibility of the refund process being denied exists, because these garments are purchased from a third-party supplier.)

The d.s section is separate from the shipments we make as starluv, we do not take care of making those shipments, we are only an intermediary, so we emphasize that it is a separate section.
