This payment option and shipping method has changed its terms and conditions as of January 1st due to an agreement with the Universal Postal Union. As a result, Flexible Shipping will no longer provide a tracking number for orders weighing less than 2 kg. We are sharing this important information because we have been using this shipping agency for two years without any problems, and it was the best value option for you.

We have implemented two more shipping options, DHL and EMS, which are most beneficial for orders weighing more than 500 grams to 1 kg, as they charge a similar cost to ours. Another benefit is that it takes a maximum of 10 days for the order to arrive and it has a tracking number for added security. It can also be used for any order less than the stipulated weight.

The order will still take 15-25 days to arrive. According to the information shared, the only thing that changes is the absence of the tracking number, but the order will remain as secure as before. In three years of working with the SERPOST shipping agency, we have never experienced any lost packages with this shipping option (flexible shipping), so it remains a good, secure, and affordable option.

# We are from Peru and we make the shipments by the Serpost shipping agency (flexible shipping or EMS) and DHL.
